I have worked with Dave on two real estate deals in the past and I'm ready to do a third deal with Dave representing me as the seller broker.He was highly recomended to me by a friend years ago and I gave him a shot at a sale of an investment property that I had.It was an absolute pleasure working with him on the past few sales.I have recommended him to some other friends and family that had ended up using him for buying and selling and they have had nothing but great things to say about him.I've dealt with numerous brokers over the years and I highly recommend Dave and plan to use him again on my next sale. Dave was so much help! Not only was he quick with his communication he was easy to reach and had immediate answers to almost any of our crazy questions.
